Requirement:
- Age 30 to 50 year(s)
- Knowledge on property/asset and equipment management in compliance with WV internal and donor requirements.
- Knowledge of grant budget management and expense monitoring in accordance with donor rules and regulations to ensure clean audits.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion is mandatory to the position, and not doing so will be cause of termination.
- Excellent communications and management skills.
- Ability to be a self-starter who is able motivates team members to achieve common goals.
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines and high demands.
- Possesses good leadership skills.
- Good communication and networking skill.
- Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.

Job Description / Responsibility
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Yearly budget, details implementation plan, and operational strategy are in place and approved in line with operational strategy.
Annual budget utilization achieved by 100%.
100% community representation ensured in need assessment, planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation process of project activities.
Assisting in project review and evaluation are in place according to the schedule.
Implement any change in the schedule.
CG & CSG of CCs are mobilized and functioning effectively.
Community Nutrition Promoters effectively delivering behavior change programming to the target communities.
Community Health Facilitators effectively mentoring and supporting Community Nutrition Promoters.
Community CG & CSG are mobilized and functioning effectively.
Ensure households accessing MCHN services.
Relevant activities effectively integrated/ coordinated with other sectors.
Strengthening the community clinics through effective implementation Citizen Voice of Action (CVA).
Develop strategic relationship and partnership with 100% of relevant local stakeholders.
Interact, build and nurture effective working relationships with relevant GO/NGOs, United Nations Agencies, and Civil Society. Organizations in order to foster coordination, collaboration and partnership.
Served as a resource person for disseminating knowledge and skills to GO/NGO and other institutions.
Established adequate referral linkage with the appropriate service providers for the project target groups.
100% of volunteers are trained on WV Partnership Vision, Mission, Core Values, CRC/CPP.
Capacity building of local community volunteers on project deliverables.
Capacity building of existing community clinic of committee members others project form committees.
Obtained limited risk in the audit.
Internal control mechanisms are in place.
Ensured 100% compliance of procurement policy.
Ensured 100% compliance to Child Protection Policy.
Appropriate security measures are ensured for personal safety and security of staff and resources according to the WVB Security Plan.
100% of staffs are trained on WV Partnership Vision, Mission, Core Values, CRC/CPP, any other area related to the project operation.
All Christian staff attended devotional meetings; local church worship services and ensured spiritual formation follow up.
Ensured annual performance review, coaching, monitoring and mentoring for 100% staff members and given ongoing feedback to them.
Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual and other program and financial reports prepared and in placed and documented in time aligning with project design and donor requirement.
Increasing demonstration and understanding of and commitment to World Vision's Core Values in the approach to work and relationships.
