Job Description / Responsibility
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Yearly budget, details implementation plan, and operational strategy are in place and approved in line with operational strategy.
Annual budget utilization achieved by 100%.
100% community representation ensured in need assessment, planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation process of project activities.
Assisting in project review and evaluation are in place according to the schedule.
Implement any change in the schedule.
CG & CSG of CCs are mobilized and functioning effectively.
Community Nutrition Promoters effectively delivering behavior change programming to the target communities.
Community Health Facilitators effectively mentoring and supporting Community Nutrition Promoters.
Community CG & CSG are mobilized and functioning effectively.
Ensure households accessing MCHN services.
Relevant activities effectively integrated/ coordinated with other sectors.
Strengthening the community clinics through effective implementation Citizen Voice of Action (CVA).
Develop strategic relationship and partnership with 100% of relevant local stakeholders.
Interact, build and nurture effective working relationships with relevant GO/NGOs, United Nations Agencies, and Civil Society. Organizations in order to foster coordination, collaboration and partnership.
Served as a resource person for disseminating knowledge and skills to GO/NGO and other institutions.

Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual and other program and financial reports prepared and in placed and documented in time aligning with project design and donor requirement.
