New candidates must be given compulsory training and get allowance while training.
After successful completion of the training, candidates can expect income at a minimum of 7,000 rupees and will only be based on separate production.
Experience operators can expect to earn a minimum amount of $ 11,000 and will be fully based on individual production.
According to the company’s policy, two festival bonuses will be provided.
